This Minolta 250mm f5.6 Rokkor-X MC Lens is an MC mount lens appropriate for the Minolta SRT series and earlier cameras. This lens will also work with later Minolta cameras (such as the X-700), but without Shutter Priority or Program modes. 

Mirror lenses are extremely compact because rather than having a series of glass optics to achieve its focal length they use mirrors. These lenses have fixed apertures and create a unique out of focus area due to the lens having a mirror in its center.
